sir/madam,
I am incorporating a new co. in which 3 director and one share holder is holding share capital of Rs. 1,00,000 in 25:25:25:25 ratio . So, where this info. is declare (in MOA only) , there is no option in INC 7 form . plz guide me that how this share holder hold the share and what type proof is required , where is type of info. is to be declared?
