REVENUE STAMP

Sir,

Please let me know the implication if we do not affix REVENUE STAMP on receipt of more than Rs. 5000/-.

Except legal validity of receipt, is there any penality or other charges for violation of section 2(23) of THE INDIAN STAMP ACT, 1899.

Payment of Gratuity

A person works in a company for five years and he is entitled to get gratuity when he terminates the office.Again he joins some other office. whether the five year which he had worked in previous Ofice ll be taken in to account.Or from the beginning he have to start fresh.........

gift to director by the Company

Company has made a gift of Rs.10000 in cash to all its directors,senior perssonnel and company secretary.
whether it is part of manegerial remuneration as per section 309 of the Companies Act, 1956!
what is the disclosure requirement and is there any Sanction of Board of directors in a meeeting of board is necessary or not?

misrepresentation contract

Where the consent of party is obtain by misrepresentation, the contract is voidable. The agreemet is voidable at the opinion of whose party and why
