14 May 2009 No need to remember all the crap case laws and section numbers. I am reading ELL only and my way of reading is :

prapare notes on the basis of last 5 years question papers and note down page no. as a refernce.

Read the notes only till exams. I expect it wil not go beyond 5 pages or 100 topics/questins.

14 May 2009 Better to prepare notes on compute, Just download act from any cite, Copy paste it and make own notes,
Use table , different fonts, Get it printed and read once daily. Till exam it will be in your clunches.
I am doing the same, as i seldom remember theory.

14 May 2009 One question from Prakash( prakash Please note that it is a question , i'm not arguing).
that from where will you read the chapter newly added to syllabi viz. Foreign Trade Policy, Essential Commodity Act, and the standard weight and measures ....... Act.

what do you think would be weighted of newly added chapters which would be 3-4 in numbers..I guess hardly 10% or less.

If you target for rank or dont want to take risk then you can read the new chapters seperatly from study material itself. Once yu go through it yu can easily prepare notes.

I did that and i am satisfied with notes and i am sure that my notes would cover more then 50% of exam paper.
