Is it compulsory to file MSME 1 form for private limited company ?

MSME Form I is not mandatory for every private limited company. It is required only when the company has outstanding payments for more than 45 days to Micro or Small Enterprise suppliers for goods or services received. If there are no such delayed outstanding dues, MSME Form I is generally not required. The half-yearly due dates are 31 October and 30 April.
