Please guide.

I want to start a proprietorship business ( a trading/distributorship type) in Delhi.
I will buy loose goods, will be packing( at home) and distributing the same in my own brand.

I believe registration of proprietorship is not required in any law.
GST ( as the transactions will be intra-state and be of less than 20 Lac turnover initially), registration is also not required.
If I am correct in above two points what documents should I show to bank to open a current account for proprietorship business ?

If I am not correct, please guide. Also please help to understand the other compliance in this regard.

Whether Pvt Co. can retrospectively increase remuneration of director's by passing board resolution?

I am running an industry in sole proprietorship, with the help of my cousin.He offered me rupees twenty lakhs to purchase new machinery. We would like to make a business deed which defines the profit sharing, his capital investment etc for a period of five years. Is it possible to do so & if yes how can we write it & what should we do to register the deed ?

I have Signed Bills (Tax Invoices) by the buyer. But Buyer now not giving payment. Is it necessary to have Work Order form buyer? Can I appeal without buyer's Work Order and advance paid receipt ?

Recently I going to be purchased a house property whichever given to the owner in Gift. The Gift deed is duly registered but contain condition of nontransferable of aforesaid house property. When I consulted from my home branch manger for home loan, he said he didn't gives loan on gifted property, because of condition of non transfer-ability. please help ?

and Copy of By laws required for the same.

A private limited company though it is not required to appoint CFO, has appointed CFO.
Is required to file forms with ROC?
If filing is not necessary, Is he required to sign financials?
If filing is not necessary, If he can sign financials, then it may show error in prescrutiny by saying that the said person is not associated with the company as per MCA records.

Kindly suggest on the above queries.
