Hello my name is raj nd I'm 18 yrs old and i want equal rights in my father's property so can i go legally?

If you are a Hindu and if the property is not inherited by your father, he has all the right to dispose is off the way he wants. He can also bequeath it to any person or charity or organisation. If there is no Will, the all the survivors shall have the equal share.
