I am a result-oriented professional with over 17 years of experience in direct, indirect, and international taxation, statutory compliance, audit management, and government liaison. I specialize in resolving high-stakes tax matters through structured representation and strategic negotiation with authorities like GST, Income Tax, TRACES, CPC, and ROC.

My expertise includes achieving major tax demand reductions—such as a 92% relief in Maharashtra GST (Rs 1.33 Cr to Rs 10.34 Lakh) and a 96% reduction in Delhi GST (Rs 1.22 Cr to Rs 4.45 Lakh). I’ve also secured full waivers in Delhi VAT and Haryana VAT cases by establishing sound legal positions.

Currently serving as an Independent Director on the boards of BSE-listed companies, I contribute actively to Audit Committees, Risk Management, and Nomination & Remuneration Committees, ensuring governance, transparency, and stakeholder value.
