The comapany has not held AGM for last 4 years. Now the company has held AGM on 30th December, 2011 (for year ended on 30th june,2011). The company wants to adopt 4 years balance sheet in this AGM (30th December, 2011). Can co do this. If no then provide procedure.
i want to file Annual return for period 14/11/2011 to 31/3/2012.
bt the problem is,
1. one director resigns on the date 19/06/2012. i.e in current year. and shares of this director were transfered to other director 20/06/2012.

Kindly clarify and confirm is there is any Rule/ Notifications,for claim "National Holiday"?.
Here is One of our Vendor claiming "Natioanl Holiday" for their employees only if employees worked on very previous day and very next day of the Natioanl Holiday.If they not worked that particular days, they are not claiming "National Holiday".
Whether this method is correct as per Labour Law or Not?
