Filing of annual return to mca

15 October 2012 i want to file Annual return for period 14/11/2011 to 31/3/2012.
bt the problem is,
1. one director resigns on the date 19/06/2012. i.e in current year. and shares of this director were transfered to other director 20/06/2012.
So now in schedule-V, how to disclose this matter.

In Annual Return the following period details should be submitted:

1. From the date of Incorporation till the date of First AGM.
2. From the date of last AGM till the date of AGM.

Ans.

1. You will mentioned the details of both Directors details in Annual Report, because the date in Annual Report is given till the date of AGM and not till the date of 31.03.2012.

2. You will also give the details of new shareholders in list of shareholders and also give the details of transfer till the date of AGM in transfer column.
