a pvt co has tkn loan frm itd director nw lt wnt to repay d same bt it dnt hv enough money cn they repay it in any other manner than money.if s pls clrify me

can anyone tell me the procedure of resignation of director and which form is to be filed with ROC

We have more than 20 employees in our concern(Partnership Firm). But still we have not deducted and contributed to pf & esi. And more than 18 employees are getting more than Rs.10,000/- as basic salary. Please let me know is pf & esi act applicable to us.

Three Partners constituted a firm and get registered itself under Limited Liability Partnership Act in April 2012. Upto last month i.e March, 2013 the firm had 19 employees including 3 partners. 4 (Four) new employees are admitted in April 2013. Average salary of all the employees including partners is Rs. 15000/- p.m.. All the emplyees are not interested voluntarily to become the member of the EPF.

Now the questions are

1) whether the firm is liable to get itself registered under Emplyees Provident Fund Act or not ?

2) Whether the said three partners are also to be trated as employees of the concerned LLP and get themselves registered as members of EPF?

In a partnership firm, there are 3 partners , one wants to retire, Duration is at will. Please suggest me the following

1) Whether new partnership deed is required for the same, or can it by amending the relevant clauses in the partnership.

2) If amendment is ok, also suggest the value of the stamp paper (Firm is in Kerala)

3) Which section of the Partnership Act dealing about this deed.
