However the resignation was accepted on 31/03/2013.
Can we file form 32 now by showing resignation as 31.03.13.

If director is an ordinary director and date of resignation i.e. 30-06-2012 is mention on the resignation letter, than you have to write 30-06-2012 as date of resignation in Form-32.
