Please tell me Is this a good decision ? if Yes:- should i opted for CS simultaneously ?

Since I have no prior work experience in this domain I am a bit confused as to what should be done. I wanted to know how are the growth prospects in TP considering it is a niche segment

An MCom (Banking) post graduate with 12 years International working experience ( Age 37) in accounts & finance want to become a chartered Accountant from Institute of chartered Accountants of India. Can you provide the career path. Any exemptin available for MCom ( Banking)post graduates? count 12 years gulf work experience in accountancy?

Now a days the CA / ICWAI course structure is not suitable for working professionals with age above 30 & also no transparency. Absolutely structured for full time students in the age group 17-30

Please inform the career path & exemptions for CA / ICWAI course ,India

i have completed my ca inter and article training .i have been writing ca final since 4 attempts but could not get through.i cannot afford to waste years in compleating it.i am not saying i will quit. but my friend who has just qualified ca aslo didnt get good package(4.5 lac). i heard oracle certification course(functional consultant) is better as compared to sap. so kindly guide me the right path so that i can to start my career with good package. my another friend after ca inter has done orcale functional consultant course and got a job in L&T CO. With 8 lac package.so i caught in dilema to do it or sap.

Ok. I've given my first final attempt now in may. Confident that i will pass.
2 mnths till the results are announced.
Want to/ interested in entering portfolio management field (esp technical analysis stuff etc)
What are the skills I need to have?
Need at least the average salary of a fresh CA who passed out in first attempt( around Rs 10 lakhs package)
What should be my present task plans?
And who are my prospective employers?
