19 May 2011 I am Sonali Kotak. I have just completed my MBA Finance and am looking for jobs. Recently I got a call for an interview for an opening as an Analyst in Transfer Pricing. Since I have no prior work experience in this domain I am a bit confused as to what should be done. I wanted to know how are the growth prospects in TP considering it is a niche segment

21 May 2011 There is great carrer scope in transfer pricing. As one of my frnd joind Delloitte. Initially he got 2.4 lacs packg then aftr 3yrs he iz getting 4.8 lacs p.a nd gud knwldg nd experience. So u accept ths offr nd dnt let it slip. Initial basic knowledge could b gained thru reading.

22 May 2011 It would b wrong to give decision directly .U being an MBA finance. It could be a great career.

TP is an area which is very complex and all IT authorities, RBI, Govt. are trying to plug in the loopholes. So first get some knowledge about the same and talk to ppl on the topic.

If u feel, u would b interested, then there is no looking back.
