I'm having my CA Final attempt in May 2012... As per the new provisions I can give exams in nov. 2011..
I haven't studied yet for finals except 2-3 Subjects.. So I'm thinking of not giving the november exams (as will not fetch good % marks by studying in so less time) & doing any other course in the meantime..

I have done B.com and P.G.D.B.A.- Finance management from S.C.D.L, Distance Learning Programme . I have no practicle and work experience in accounts and finance.I am looking for a job. Can you advise me what jobs can I look for and my age is early thirties.Shall I Learn Accounts with Tally under Chartered Accountant's Firms and then look for accounting related job ? OR Shall I join any job on yhe basis of my qualification ? My difficulties are no practicle experience, age and no work experince. Please Help me

I HAVE JOINED CS EXECUTIVE COURSE. I DONT WANT TO DO PRACTICE AS A COMPANY SECRETARY(CS) IN FUTURE, BUT I WANNA TO HAVE THE DEGREE AND KNOWLEDGE OF CS. MY QUERY IS THAT WHETHER THE 15 MONTHS TRAINING IS COMPULSORY OR IT IS OPTIONAL?
I MEAN TO SAY THAT SUPPOSE I JUST WANT TO HAVE A DEGREE AND NOT TO PRACTICE IN FUTURE AS A CS, CAN I USE THE DEGREE "CS" IN MY VISITING CARD?
DOES THE INSTITUTE OFFER DEGREE CERTIFICATE TO THOSE WHO HAVE NOT DONE THE TRAINING OF 15 MONTHS?
