I HAVE JOINED CS EXECUTIVE COURSE. I DONT WANT TO DO PRACTICE AS A COMPANY SECRETARY(CS) IN FUTURE, BUT I WANNA TO HAVE THE DEGREE AND KNOWLEDGE OF CS. MY QUERY IS THAT WHETHER THE 15 MONTHS TRAINING IS COMPULSORY OR IT IS OPTIONAL?
I MEAN TO SAY THAT SUPPOSE I JUST WANT TO HAVE A DEGREE AND NOT TO PRACTICE IN FUTURE AS A CS, CAN I USE THE DEGREE "CS" IN MY VISITING CARD?
DOES THE INSTITUTE OFFER DEGREE CERTIFICATE TO THOSE WHO HAVE NOT DONE THE TRAINING OF 15 MONTHS?

You will have the Degree Qualification but not the membership of the Institute.
To have the membership of the Institute you need to complete 15 months training. After that you will become ACS (Associate Company Secretary).
