A Company Secretary (as is called in India) is differently known in other countries e.g. Chartered Secretary (in UK) or Corporate Secretary (in USA) etc. Does the name actually reflect upon the dimensions and qualities of the profession which may vary from country to country? Are Indian Company Secretaries NOT at par with their counterparts in other countries? Expert view in the matter is solicited.

I have done my Inter CA in May 1996, but due to Family Problems & difficulties i have appeared 4 times in Group I of CA Final but was not successful, Now i Understand that only 2 Attempts are available under old syallabus ie may 2010 & nov 2010. I have decided to appear for may 2010 exam for Group I, Sir can u give your valuable opinion that How should be my approach towards my Exam.

Will it make any Difference in Job Opportunities for him if he Passes Both the Groups Simultaneously?
