Can I take a 2nd transfer now..
I have already taken 1 transfer on December 2007... I wish to take 2nd transfer on 20th November 2009,......

No you cant take second transfer unless and untill it falls in eligible criteria by institute but U can take secondment of articles for minimum period of 4 month and maximum period of 1 year
