Please help me in foll query:

I ma a full time COP holder and if I want to do any business , whether I will be able to do it. And what are the ways of doing so.

20 November 2009 Dear you can't hold COP, when you are going do business.
Because our institute thaught that you can not provide better service of your profession if you are also doing any other business or profession.

20 November 2009 agree , you can not hold COP with full time Business. if you already holds COP then you have to get permission for other business from ICAI.

Is there any procedure/form that can be filled to take approval from the institute.
