I would like to know that if a Student Passes C.A. Final Exam by Giving Group1 first and than Giving Group2 in the next exam than
Will it make any Difference in Job Opportunities for him if he Passes Both the Groups Simultaneously?

Certainly it makes difference. Look at certain advertisements by which the employer puts in certain restrictions even to submit applications.
