Can any one tell me what is the average salary of Fresher Cost Accountant? i think it around 20000 to 25000 p.m, but my one friend is working around 50000 p.m, one is working around 12000 p.m, one is 27000 p.m, and i also working around 23000 p.m, thats why i little bit confused, so i want to know the what is the present market rate?

I have got an interview call for the post of finance manager in a software company having around 20 clients including international clients.

I have got no exposure to the software field . Can you please suggest me which all the areas which I should learn to attend the interview confidently.
