11 May 2011 I have B.com in 1993 & there after in 1994 i have joined as accountant in NRI group who have diversified business like recruitment, exports division, air travel ticketing,investment portfolio, gymnasium etc.

I have handled each department from my date of joining & presently getting 35k in Mumbai from this co. & My age is 37 . I have got lot of experience like attending sales tax assessment, various income tax assessment including appeal. my query is should i change the Job or stick here for better prospects & what academic qualification i should go. can any one guide.

11 May 2011 It is better that you stay with this Company.Try and do part-time MBA or Distance Learning MBA programme, and specialise in Marketing. Try to see if you can work abroad in this NRI Group, for some years at least.
