I have just qualified .
I have joined LIC one month ago now i am confussed about I should hold LIC Licence or surrender it.

Sir, I want start practicing Chartered Accountants firm. I want to know, can I execute partnership Deed before getting Approval of name and Constitution certificate or I should wait for getting Firm Constitution Certificate to be issued? And whether the date of Firm Constitution Certificate and the date of Partnership Deed should be same or not?

i am practicing CA . having COP. So can I become the director of any other private limited co. or can i become a partner of any other business ...... &&&& is there any need to take permission from institute ??????

I have qualified in Nov 2010 after 10 years.Big companies are not recruiting me even if i ask Rs 20,000 per month. The small companies will not consider our resume because they may feel we will not stick to the company in long run. Can i put in my resume i am B,com and apply for job. My question will i face any problem from Institute tomorrow if they come to Know.
