Dear Sir,
I have heard that a person who has cleared CA in first attempt gets good job in comparison to that who has cleared in 3 or 4 attempt. Is it true??
If it is true that what should he do to get a good job?

Well, it is true to some extent but not 100% true.
If you have done lots of articleship and that too from a good company then you can get a good job even if you have not cleared in 1 attempt.

What is important that "how much knowledge and practical experience you have"
Simply a person passed in first attempt with no practical exposure will be rejected at the interview time.
It is also quite true that some big corporate co's call for interview only to those candidate who cleared the exam in first one or two attempt.
