can anyone tell me how can i apply for job in audit dept of lodha & co. or s.s.kothari . i already tried on their website to upload my cv but there is problem in updation of cv on their website

whether is it possible for a member of ICAI to have his own sole proprietorship firm for say 25 tax audit files and be a partner in partnership firm for remaining tax audit files and other consultancy works.

I've completed my b.com with aggregate 81%.. I've taken 3 unsuccessful cpt attempts.. I recently heard of exemption of cpt for graduates. Now I'm not interested in attempting cpt again.. And I'm confused weather to wait for exemption proposal or taking up cpt again.. I don want to waste time, and not getting a proper advice or solution for my problem.. Can anybody plz help me out...????!!!!!
