hi experts !!!!! my query is :-
i am practicing CA . having COP. So can I become the director of any other private limited co. or can i become a partner of any other business ...... &&&& is there any need to take permission from institute ??????

Can be a director 'simplicitor'.
Can be a 'sleeping partner' in family business.
