I want to know that whether a CA who is Practice as a partner from last 3 and half years is eligible to train 3 articles as per new rules of icai.

I am a freshly qualified CA, and looking for further studies so that i can raise my expertise level and also to help myself to get a good job and to be a better and qualified professional with world's leading corporates.
I was thinking of doing CIMA or to do International Trade Law & World Trade Organisation Course conducted by ICAI.

My questions are:
1. Am i correct in my thinking?
2. How much value these course will aid?
3. Please suggest any other certificate or diploma courses, which can add value to me and my career.

Why some of the good firms don't consider student having transfer case.

I have switched over to IPCC from PCC thus have to imeediately terminate and again resume my articleship after clearing group I of IPCC.
Does this considered as transfer case.

I have done my B.Com in 2007, Now I've enrolled myself for M.Com Part1 through correspondence mode. I've been working as Accountant in small organisation. I would like to ICWA without leaving my job and I don't want to go for Articles.How may years it will take to complete it.Please guide me.

sir , i completed my tybcom with 68% and i want to take admission in ipcc but i had kt in fybcom which i were sort out in the next year only can i get any difficulty to take admission in ipcc
