01 December 2011 Why some of the good firms don't consider student having transfer case.

I have switched over to IPCC from PCC thus have to imeediately terminate and again resume my articleship after clearing group I of IPCC.
Does this considered as transfer case.

08 December 2011 Do not worry friend. Your case is not a transfer case as compared to the typical transfer case. Moreover it is dependent on firm to consider a tran case. There is no such rule against tran case.
