AS PER COMPANIES ACT, MINIMUM PAID-UP CAPITAL OF A PUBLIC COMPANY SHOULD BE 5 LAKH.
BUT PLEASE LET ME KNOW THAT WHETHER PUBLIC COMPANY IS REQUIRED TO HAVE SUCH PAID-UP CAPITAL AFTER GETTING CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION AND BEFORE GETTING CERTIFICATE OF COMENCEMENT OR AFTER GETTING CERTIFICATE OF COMMENCEMENT?

WHETHER ANY CA IS REQUIRED TO CERTIFY THAT MINIMUM PAID-UP CAPITAL REQUIREMENTS ARE COMPLIED WITH BY PUBLIC COMPANY?

kindly tell me which course i should prefer between cs & icwa? which course has much future opportunities.I am also doing job as will not get much time to learn but i am too labourious.so, suggest me according to this.thanks!

I Registered for CS Executive in Aug-2009 & Since then I have been working with PCS as a paid Assistant till Date.
Can I claim exemption from 15Months Apprentice or atleast a waiver?

I passed my class 12th exams, i was quite bent towards MBA but i scored very low in my 12th boards ( 92.75 %) then i realised that i need to have a back up plan as a slip in cat would mean good bye to career. I just wanna know that I decided to do ca and then a few years ow work and ultimately Mba , can you consecrate people please tell me is CA plus MBA a good combination, also is CA a rewarding career if I can work hard which i can, Can CA's be on par with MBA's in context of salary and respect. I've given an attempt for CA Final group II in this May and waiting for the results. I'm interested to work abroad after CA Final, but I don't know the approach for abroad jobs. Can anyone guide me the procudure or process in searching the abroad the jobs in abroad?

I am a B.com graduate from Zakir husain College(2007-10). I started working in a BPO (Ienergizer) from July 2008. I am now working as Subject Matter Expert in a Financial Process. I am thinking to pursue some professional qualification. I cannot leave my job therefore, cannot do regular MBA. Please suggest what courses will suit my profile. Whether MBA from IGNOU distance will be beneficial. I dont have interest in CA, ICWA. Also, the course should be economical. Kindly advice. Thanks.
