I am currently working with E & Y GSS India as Senior Associate - Assurance at Bangalore. I joined two months back.. but I am not comfortable with the Job profile.. as the work is too elementary for a CA. At GSS, the work environment & HR practices are too good and employee friendly.

I have an offer from ICICI Bank as credit manager at bangalore..its in Mortgage Loan Credit, Bangalore

I just want to know should I jump to ICICI.. Pls guide.

i completed CA-ipcc,iam doing articles in HYD, Can i Register for CS-Executive with Degree Certificate(regular), is there any problems arising to me from CA institute, Plz help me frndz.......and plz give me urs suggetion....

After b.com when i was 21.i cleared cpt in once.but i given 5 attempts not yet cleared not doing anything side by side any profession and course.what should i do,my life is getting hell,what methodology should i opt for passing.i m sure what i wrote in my exam but why marks come i really get depress.

Hi all,
I have been working in XYZ co since Oct 2010.As per appointment terms,notice period is 90 days &
if I am not able to serve for 90 days then I have to pay for shortfall in notice subject to approval of HOD for relieving in less than 90 days.

Now I have resigned in this company & asking to relieve me within 45 days & I am ready to pay the shortfall but HOD not approving.
I have documentary evidence that the company had relieved chartered accountants working with same designation/accountability that I have by collecting shortfall notice pay.

I would like to know that,will it affect to my menbership with ICAI, if I jioned another comapny without getting relieved from present company.
Pls also let me know what are other laws which employer can enforce & what remedies I am Having?

I passed my CA Final exams in Nov 2012. Consequently I registered myself on cmii.icai.org and filled the registration form for placement PARTIALLY. I am trying to open and edit the same, but the SAVE and NEXT BUTTON does not appear, from whichever browser, I try to access it. Please kindly advice on the method to be adopted to register successfully for campus placement, as the deadline for the same, for my desired center, i.e. Mumbai is 21st Feb 2013
