I am a commerce graduate (Full time from Mumbai University) & done the MBA in Finance from symbiosis distance learning (Correspondence course from Pune university). I have a good experience (9 yrs ) in Account & commercial function. My total experience is in retail industry & have work with larger retail players like Aditya Birla Retail, Shoopers Stop, S Kumars. Due to my hard work & high performance, I got a very good growth in this company’s. I reach at the level of Sr Manager. Few months back, the company in which I was working has got shut down. After lot of struggler, I was able to find a job after 4 months. Now am working at Manager level. The main issue which I face in this 4 months duration was the professional qualification. Each & every company’s demanded that they need a CA candidate. Infact few companies did not shown any interest in my resume. The big companies like HUL, L & T, P & G, Colagate etc has the policy to appoint a person having CA degree or MBA from reputed institute. Same case is with Government jobs too.. I am really worried now how my carrier will move after couple of year. The same clause was not appearing 5 years back & getting a job in Accounts department was not too difficult for non CA Candidate. I really don’t want to degrade myself at this stage. Pursuing a CA/CS/ICWA is not possible since I am 29 yrs old & I don’t have a good financial wealth. There is EMI of 25k & other family responsibilities on my solders.

Hence I request all of you to guide me with some professional qualification in the same stream, where I don’t have to leave my job. I want to see myself in a stronger position after couple of year but without all your valuable guidance it won’t be possible.

I am CA with 1 yr experience and currently working in Aneja Associates in Internal Audit Department in Mumbai. I wanted to know what is the scope of CFA(USA) after CA if interested in Finance.I have also cleared Level 1 of CFA(USA) but didn't get any opportunity in Finance. Are jobs available after clearing all the 3 Levels? Whether MBA Finance would be a better option?

If a person clears ipcc in second attempt and Rank holder in finals ,will he get good job.
