I am a CA

I am planning to enter into a partnership with a member of Bar Council.
First I want to register my own proprietorship firm with ICAI, then want to enter into partnership with the advocate under the name of my Firm (Proprietorship).

My Query is:
(1) Whether I can enter into Partnership with Advocate?
(2) Whether I can enter into Partnership in the name of my Firm (Proprietorship)?

I am a CA final student. after clearing finals, i don't want to practice, i want to do a job in an industry. i wanted to know what kind of practical exposure in articleship one should have so that he is able to meet the requirements of the job the student want to do in that industry.Do companies who employ CAs as an employee train them to meet their requirement from the job.?

My pgdm will start from June . now I am free for 2 months. I will be taking finance as one of my specialization. Hello sir, I am working in Pune as an article from last 10 months, now i want to take transfer from here and I move to my home town Hyderabad ,Is it any notice need to give to our principal employer (Ca) ,in my 10 month article ship I taken 1 month leave for my exams but I worked even on government holidays also like 15 the August , on festivals etc ,and over time after office hours with request of our Ca ,how they calculate leaves ,I am handling most valuable clients of our employer in our firm and there is no other articleis here, so I think my employer may not allow to transfer, but I don't want to work here plz help me what to do, how to convince my ca

Dear All, I have applied for my membership number after clearing my CA exams in Nov 2017. However, the ICAI has a query regarding the course of B.com which was done by me during my articleship and I had not submitted Form 112. Will this query affect my membership with ICAI? Will the Articleship be considered and not revoked? What reason should I give for delay for filing of Form 112 to get condonation? Please help!

I am out of job and need to get registered with a new principal . If you have knowledge of any openings , please help me with that as I am new in the city and don't have any contacts .

I have passed IPCC group 2 in Nov. 17 attempt (in three attempts). Now ICAI is saying that my group 2 registration was not done and unfortunately I don't have any proof for that, so they are going to cancel my result till 13 March 2018. ICAI has never informed me about this registration issue earlier when I got failed 2 times. I have only a few days left to do anything. I have gone to every department of ICAI including HO at ITO but nothing is working out. Please tell me what should I do to save my result. I am even ready to repay the registration fees.
