I am a CA

I am planning to enter into a partnership with a member of Bar Council.
First I want to register my own proprietorship firm with ICAI, then want to enter into partnership with the advocate under the name of my Firm (Proprietorship).

My Query is:
(1) Whether I can enter into Partnership with Advocate?
(2) Whether I can enter into Partnership in the name of my Firm (Proprietorship)?

06 April 2018 are you sure you are a CA? If yes, then please read the professional code for question 1.

For question 2 please check if it is even possible for a proprietorship to be a partner!
