As i have completed my bba but will get my degree after completion of 5 year, so on that basis can i exempt CS foundation programme.

I'm pursuing CA and is in final. I want to know about CIA(certified internal auditor) course like when I can start it, what are its requirements. can I do it along with CA( my attempt for final is in May 2015). what are its benefit, n professional benefits.

In present scenario, all private bank require their customers to get certified their ITR fro chartered accountants. In this case i want to know that what is the responsibility of chartered accountants in this matter and points to be keep in mind before certifying ITR of any person..

my name is kiran kumar currently working in Kotak bank ltd.I want change my job profile, i would like to soft ware field i.e sap, oracle etc.and i would like to work these profiles.
In these fields which one is better for a CA fresher i.e SAP/ORACLE, and also how much ctc will pay the companies for ca fresher with these profile.(mainly on SAP with CA)

I am a Commerce student pursuing my final year of Graduation since, I haven't cleared my ATKTs in Two subjects for some health problem. So my question is this am I eligible for Provisional Registration under Direct Scheme for IPCC?
I have scored an aggregate of 55.86% in all semesters. Only the reason is I just have to clear my KTs of 4th semester. After clearing my KTs my aggregate will also rise near to 56%.

Please suggest book for detail knowledge for Direct and indirect tax.. Whether it is helpful to make career in taxation..
