Question of my life

Hi experts, I am a CA qualified in Nov13. I worked in big4 for three months but resign from it because i came to know there is no scope of audits in industry. Now i dont have any job. I am not getting call from any company. And the one who call, demand for expirence. I dont know what to do. Cant go back in big4 again. Is Kpo industry a good option since there are jobs in either big4 or kpo/bpo.?? CA seems to be a curse to me..:(

Respected Sir/Madam,
I have been pursuing CA since 2008 when i was 18. I cleared CPT on June 2008. I subsequently registered under PCC and commenced my article ship which I served till Two and a half year approx. on May 2011, I terminated my article ship on account of registering myself under IPCC. It took me two years to pass group one, i.e, on may 2013 attempt. I couldn't clear group 2 exams in both nov 2013 and this may 2014 attempt.
I am 24 now, All I've achieved is bachelor's degree in commerce, 2 years articleship expirience, and had passed CA IPCC group 1 only. I think even if I continue studying CA, I may not, based on my own self assessment, be able to become a CA two years from now.
I urge you, please help me, I'm depressed and don't know what to do with my future.

Articleship in big 4

I am going to give my second attempt for IPCC both groups this November. I am preparing very hard for it and will try to secure a good score. I am interested in pursuing my career in taxation and wished to join BIG 4 for my articleship. But I came across a post that BIG 4's are inviting students who cleared in 1st attempt. Does that mean even getting a good score or even a rank will not help me get into a BIG 4?

I am a B.Com. graduate. I began pursuing course for CS (Company Secretary) during my graduation. I didn't clear the second level of this examination i.e. Executive at my first attempt and waiting for results of second attempt. I am not sure if I choose to do CCAP or an MBA in finance then will the CS course end up being a waste of time and resources. As CS is mainly about laws other options will focus on finance. But I have seen CA certificate holders go for law after completion of their course and change of focus exists there also. Shall I drop CS course and go for CCAP as carrer prospects with CS certification solely does not sem to be for bright career prospect. Kindly differentiate between the CS+Law or CS+MBA or CCAP.

CMA LCS NILESH KUCHERIA (CA F)

Dear Expert,
I have one Query.
I am LCS.

Passed my CS Final in June 2010 & then i applied as Licentiate company secretary and now i have 2.5 years of corporate Accounts & Finance experience.

1.Considering the CA , 2013 section for appointment of CS, LCS is not Member of CS institute so i am not eligible to be appointed as CS.
Can you please confirm this with relevant provision ?
2.Now As my training is pending i am not able to get membership.
I wish to apply for Exemption from training based on my 2.5 years corporate experience but Condition for exemption is 3 years of Corporate experience.
Please help me with the proper guidance that i will get my membership at earliest.
