21 August 2014 Dear sir I left big4 for joining industry. But i am not getting any offer from industry as i dont have any practicle experience in accounts. Now i am thinking to join genpact. Is bpo a good option for my career. and which field is better in bpo for future growth.? Please help.. Thanx in advance..

21 August 2014 I would suggest you to search a good firm for some more time as it is better to join a good CA Firm for relevant exposure.
