Which Documentation Requirement by Custom?

We are supplying material to customer located in SEZ. Please clarify whether, we can take these exports as fulfillment of Export Obligation under EPCG Scheme / Advance License Scheme?

Dear Experts,

I want to know the procedure for accounting import Purchases and also i want to know if Assessable value in bill of Entry will be accounting in Financial Books.

If the remitted amount is below usd 10,000, submission of import bill of entry is compulsory ?? If the BOE is lost, then what should be done ? Till what time the BOE and Import related documents should be preserved as record for FEMA laws ??

we are a 100% EOU unit want to by a Imported Goods on High Sea. The supplier is in Germany and procures material from Brazil, we need to buy the material on High sea please advise how this is done and please also advise what documents will be required for the same.

one of my client who engaged in manufacturing of capital goods, contract for high sea sale
as per high sea sale rules contract done between seller and buyer when good have been transfer from export's port to buyer
but my client contract from seller before transfer of goods from export's port
then what happen from the same

sir I am working in manufacturing co. we export self export our finished product to Nhavasiya port 104 barrels but unfortunately in 98 barrels container is full remaining 6 barrels we back to town in our factory in pune by permission of AC but further process we don't no pls guide for central excise range documentation and anything else.

I want to import visualiser from China, invoice price USD 230 including Freight via FedEx. I want to know custom duty payable on it and its HS code.
