Dear Experts
inrespect of a student who has joined after CPT applied for IPCC exm for May 2016. Her Name was not correct in the application form and moreover date of birth is showing as date commencement of articleship eventhough she is not yet commenced her articleship.Kindly suggest the procedure for correction

Just make an application on a plain paper stating the mistake and give them the correct name and ask them to change in thier records.
