I want to import visualiser from China, invoice price USD 230 including Freight via FedEx. I want to know custom duty payable on it and its HS code.

The item visualiser is not found in the ITC (HS) classification of import - export items. It is suggested you may obtain Its HS Code No from Chinese supplier proceed further. Hope you have got IEC.
