27 February 2016 If I am seller(karnataka), buyer is out of karnataka and he instructed me to deliver goods outside India, then What kind of sale it is.???????

29 August 2016 Such kind of transactions are known as shipment to "notify" party. If the buyer out side Karnataka holds an export order then it is called third party exports for which there is a separate procedure for shipment.
