we are small pharma company where procuring raw material goods dutyfree under rule 19 part2 and export under LUT against ARE2.
we want to know that whether we can get drawback of custom part as per new drawback schedule 2011-2012

1. Who(in India) are the designated authority to issue country of origin certificate for export?
2. Can one(having IEC) buy goods from open market and export out of India? What is the procedure for export for a merchant exporter?

We are subcontractor doing mega power thermal projects, mainly from BHEL & B&R.As per the recent notification reg this..all the goods supplied by the sub contractor to the project should be exempted from customs and central excise duty.Only thing is required a certificate from chief engineering authority.
My question is

1.How can we get these certificate .Please explain in detail
2.If we did not get the certificate in time , then paying the duty under protest is possible ?

3. Thi is the only certificate required for getting this waiver?

We are manufacturer exporter of Glasslined equipments falling under SCOMET list. We opt license for export of our products as and when we export. Is we require to get license to supply our goods to SEZ unit? If license is require,who is liable to take license, supplier or customer?
