If i import Micro SD card(Memory card)from china.
According Chapter 85 and HS Code 85235220 - Basic duty is nil.
EXEMPTION NOTIFICATIONS
Exemption to motion picutres, music, gaming software for use on gaming consoles printed or
recorded on media falling under headings 3706 or 8523.
[Notfn. No. 27/10-Cus. dt. 27.2.2010]
sir i want to know whather this E/N is applies in my case or not, if not whats rate of CVD and Specail CVD is levied on this item.

I konw that Basic duty is nil.
but i want that whether CVD and Specail CVD is applicable in my items(Memory cards) or not.
pls also suggest whether any other Duty can be levy ie. Dumping duty,etc.
