What is Basic Duty on Micro SD Memory Cards(85235220) Branded & Unbranded if the basic duty is free please provide me the appropriate notification number & dates.
What effect of MRP & NON MRP while paying Custom duty.
What are the passing values of 2gb, 4gb, 8gb Micro SD cards.
Can I import Another registered company's memory card if can then what import duty i will pay or how's the process.

BCD ON SD MEMORY CARD IS NIL
ALSO NOTED THAT IF YOU IMPORT FOR PERSONAL PURPOSE YOU ARE EXEMPT FROM IMPORT EXPORT CODE BUT CVD AND EDU CESS WILL BE APPLICABLE AT THE TIME OF IMPORT THESE ITEMS.
