Dear All,
A foriegn company has sent some laptops to its liaison office in India for the purpose of use by its employees in India only and not for trading.
Does the indian office requires IEC code for getting it cleared from customs and if not what should be the process to get this cleared.

Export procedure

hii all
will any one help me out regarding export procedure?
I want to know the whole procedure of export starting with booking the container and ends with receipt of goods by importer.
whats the implications and what type of work will be done by CHA, transporter,shipping line.

We have Small scale industries and we have exported 10 crs. in this year and preceding 3 year we have exported 12 crs. can we apply for status holder for export house.

Sale form 100 % eou to dta

Dear Sir,

If 100 % EOU sale in to DTA. So Customer of 100 % EOU Can avail Basic Custom Duty.
If customer is also an exporter But not a
100 % EOU.

And Please Let me know the Duty Draw Back Rule.

Epcg

We have Import a Machinery in EPCG Lic. We are in exempted area as such not having central excise no. Now How can we get Intallation certifcate from Central Excise for further submission to CUstom Department. Or is there any alternate arrangment ?
