Can we transfer the DFIA license. please tell me procedure and documents required for Transfer the DFIA license.

We are importing steel tubes,we need some MPC or grade certifiacte for consignemnt.why it is required.How we can get it?

A Private customs bonded warehouse has been set up where goods are bought in and stored. On receipt of online orders goods are exported through courier and post. Queries are
1. What paper work is to be done to remove the goods from warehouse for export?
2. Since no manufacturing activity is carried out in the warehouse and goods imported are exported as such, what paper work is necessary?
3. Is clearing from customs warehouse different from removal of goods from excise registered warehouse?

As we all know that the DEPB scheme has been withdrawn from 1st October, 2011, can any one tell me the consequences of this major change in incentive scheme with respect to the followings:

1. Licenses in hand.
2. Export sale made after withdrawal of DEPB scheme.

dear sir,
we are an export house, we need URGENT help on the following matter.
1) We are importing product from Pakistan to Iraq, but we want the billing to be done from india.
2) We are receiving L/C against Sight from Dubai for India, and we need to transfer that to Pakistan to purchase the product.
3) What would be the procedure and charges involved here, the product is not coming to india, it would be shipped directly, but we want to bill it and not show the end buyer the actual purchase price.

My Query is this whether DEPB schemes are applicable for Exporters or Withdrawn? we are Manufacturer and Exporter of Stainless steelas BARS and Fasteners . so we just want to know Can we avail DEPB Scheme benefit or not?

We are going to start export to Thailand. Our export product is Automotive Parts. HS Code is 94019000. This shipment will be on DDP basis. Hence all the expenses are in our account including import duty in Thailand. We have to avoid import duty payment in Thialand.

Is there any option to save import duty in Thailand.
