02 April 2012 A Private customs bonded warehouse has been set up where goods are bought in and stored. On receipt of online orders goods are exported through courier and post. Queries are
1. What paper work is to be done to remove the goods from warehouse for export?
2. Since no manufacturing activity is carried out in the warehouse and goods imported are exported as such, what paper work is necessary?
3. Is clearing from customs warehouse different from removal of goods from excise registered warehouse?

It was really useful reading those chapters. got some new insights and got clarified regarding Service Tax aspects also.

But documents that are supposed to be submitted to facilitate export from CUSTOMS BONDED warehouse is not present.
