WHAT ARE THE COMPLETE PROCESS TO IMPORT GOLD,SILVER,DIAMOND & OTHER PRECIOUS METALS IN TO INDIA .ARE THERE ANY REGISTRATION APART FROM IEC NO.IS REQUIRED.

Apart of IEC you have to get RCMC from Jems and Jwellary Export Promotion Council. If you want to import rough diomonds , it is resricted Imports. Be very cautious in each and every stage. A samll lapse can lead to a big hassel.
