21 March 2012 Dear ALL,

Pls clarify below.

We have warehoused imported goods, Now, we are supplying these goods to SEZ unit without payment of Customs DUTY. Can i get any ype of Export Benefit against this.

Thankx for the reply but my query is still not resolved, as i am talking about Goods imported, warehoused without paying any import customs duty and than supplies to SEZ unit is there any type of Export Incentive available.

23 March 2012 u are admissible for deemed drawback & chapter 3 incentive .

23 March 2012 Sir, is this possible even if it was not manufactered in india, it is simply imported and no duty paid stored in warehouse and supplied to SEZ unit.
