I have been told that there is subsidy available as per Govt Notification for setting up of solar power projects in India. Is it true?
What type of subsidy? In import of capital goods?

My wife sent me 3 electronic devices from the USA as they are her personal things through FedEx. The package is stuck in Bangalore with customs. They are telling me that I need a NOC from the MOEF but I do not know where or how or who to contact to be able to get one. Can anyone please help me and tell me how? Also how long is this process? I've already been waiting over 2 weeks for them to deliver my package.

MY BILL OF ENTRY IS STOP FOR CLEARANCE, AND I AM GETTING WAREHOUSE DAMAGES.

THEY SAID YOU ARE DUE TO PAY THE " THE SHORT COLLECTION AMOUNT OF XXXXX RS. WITH INTEREST " SO IMPORTER IS NOT ALLOWED TO CLEAR THE SHIPMENT. THIS THE ACTIVE ALERT.

AS I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THIS AMOUNT FOR AND I NOT GET ANY NOTICE FROM THEM EARLIER.

PLEASE ADVICE ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..

shippin bill date is 31.3.15 and bill of lading date is 11.4.15 then export sales should be recognised as export sales on which date ie 31.3.15 or 11.4.15 on cif basis

we have to export surplus qty of clothes or APPAREL to oversea buyer.in this case they will take goods from us in one condition 1.free of cost value .but we have to mentioned real price on invoice's.for custom purpose. IF Garment sales by them they will release the payment. if not they will not liable for Payment. is it possible ????if yes what will be processor for that.

HELLO SIR
1.Actually i have applied for IEC online however filed physical documents also which is not required anymore according to FAQ's.
2. Acording to new foregn trade policy, the normal time limit for the issuance of IEC is 2 working days but i received rejection letter from the joint director on 16/07/2015 against which application is made on 9/07/2015.(delay in reply is abnormal).
3.I enclose all the documents which is required by department in online as well as physical mode. [checklist attached].
4.joint director has rejected IEC on three below ground:-
1.certificate of incorporation address is missing.
2. SSI certificate is not given.
3. branch details is not given.

EXPLANATIONS:-
1. Our company is registered in 1995-96 under companies act 1956 therefore incorporation certificate does not have address in itself and further if i go to mca site and download new then also same problems arises i.e. problem of address.And all other address regarding documents have already been filed with the application.
2. SSI certificate is not required by checklist given by department at their official website.
3. my company is not having any branch then no sense of seeking information regarding branch.

WHAT TO DO KNOW??
HELP IN THIS REGARD AND DO THE NEEDFUL.
