24 July 2015 HELLO SIR
1.Actually i have applied for IEC online however filed physical documents also which is not required anymore according to FAQ's.
2. Acording to new foregn trade policy, the normal time limit for the issuance of IEC is 2 working days but i received rejection letter from the joint director on 16/07/2015 against which application is made on 9/07/2015.(delay in reply is abnormal).
3.I enclose all the documents which is required by department in online as well as physical mode. [checklist attached].
4.joint director has rejected IEC on three below ground:-
1.certificate of incorporation address is missing.
2. SSI certificate is not given.
3. branch details is not given.

EXPLANATIONS:-
1. Our company is registered in 1995-96 under companies act 1956 therefore incorporation certificate does not have address in itself and further if i go to mca site and download new then also same problems arises i.e. problem of address.And all other address regarding documents have already been filed with the application.
2. SSI certificate is not required by checklist given by department at their official website.
3. my company is not having any branch then no sense of seeking information regarding branch.

WHAT TO DO KNOW??
HELP IN THIS REGARD AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

1.Why you mentioned SSI Certificate in ONLINE?
2.WHY HAVE YOU CLICK BRANCH OFFICE KEY?

Application can be submitted in person by Authorised Representative of the
Company at the R & I counters in the office Or It can be sent by post/courier.
