21 July 2015 We are into the import and trading of goods , we purchase licence in Mumbai for paying Customs duty for goods imported in Maharashtra.

My query is, whether we can import into Mahrashtra/Mumbai and purchase licence from Gurjarat or other state. Can we get input vat cretdit of the vat charged on the Invoice of Licence.
